Pollen is the hive's protein resource, with an intense flavor that varies depending on the flowers it comes from. Fresh royal jelly is one of the foods existing in nature with the highest content of vitamin B5. It is found in the royal cells where queen bees are raised and feed on this food for their entire lives.
